Introducing the FireHalt® Spider penetration system.

The system consists of profiles of zinc coated steel bonded with intumescent layers and is designed to accommodate penetrations through flexible fire barriers.

The FireHalt® Spider system can be fitted to almost any shaped penetration, pipework, duct and cable tray. When used with FireHalt® Gap Seal Tape can even be fitted around multiple penetrations that are situated in close proximity.

The Spider profile is easily cut to length on site and is fitted to the penetrations with Firehalt® Band before the fire barrier is installed and provides a further anchor for the fire barrier.

Availability:

The FireHalt Spider system is available at 35 mm wide, suitable for FireHalt SF and 65 mm wide, suitable for Firehalt Gold flexible fire barrier. Both sizes are supplied 1.25m lengths and individually packed with fully illustrated, easy to follow fitting instructions.

Firehalt Band

FireHalt Band is a stainless steel worm drive band supplied on reels of 30m.

The Band is closed by means of quick fit locks supplied separately, available individually or in boxes of 50
